Mari Frank, Esq.  has been an attorney/ mediator for 26 years, and has taught negotiations at Western State College of law, and teaches negotiations/ mediation at UCI.  She is a certified trainer for the State Bar of California, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, and has taught thousands of professionals conflict management skills and privacy issues in corporations, law firms and for governmental agencies. Mari is the host of two radio shows on Monday mornings both airing on KUCI 88.9 FM in Irvine, and streaming on-line at www.kuci.org: Prescriptions for Healing Conflict and Privacy Piracy.  Mari is also the author of several books , and she’s been a guest on many national TV shows including Dateline, 48 Hours, Investigative Reports, Montel, O “Reilly, NBC, ABC news and she’s been featured in the New York Times, the LA Times, Parade Magazine,  USA Today, The OC Register, etc.
