Lloyd W. Felver has been an attorney since 1980. Most of his practice during that time has involved litigation of matters in the areas of: Products Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Defect, and Automobile Accidents; Contracts, Negligent Supervision, Errors and Omissions for officers and directors of Homeowner Associations, and Errors and Omissions for insurance agents and brokers; Wrongful Termination, Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. He was the 2011 Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Orange County Bar Association, and does arbitrations and mediations both privately and through the courts. He also does mediations through Community Services Programs, Inc., and arbitrations for the Better Business Bureau as well as arbitrations regarding attorney's fees for the Orange County and State Bar Associations. Laura Scott has been an attorney since 1979. For 20 years she worked as a litigator, primarily in private practice, handling cases involving toxic torts, construction defect, products, premises and automobile liability, insurance and contracts, and as counsel advising corporate clients and individuals involved in mediation of complex civil litigation matters. For the past twelve years she has worked with civil engineering firms. As Contracts Administrator for PsomasFMG, a leading solar system provider for public agencies, municipalities and commercial entities, she negotiates terms and conditions for project contracts. Her foray into Social Media began with her two children in college, and active recruiting of recent civil engineering graduates for her firm.A presenter at Toastmaster’s LACE training programs on Social Media, she is also President of Vineyard Journeys, a winetasting Toastmasters club established through Social Media. Fred T Ashley has been an attorney since 1978. He is also a real estate and mortgage broker. He is a past chair of the OCBA ADR Section, as well as a past chair of CELA, past chair of OCBA - Labor & Employment Law Section, pas chair of SCMA - Employment &Workplace Committee, and a past director of Fair Housing Council of Orange County. He is an Author of various published articles on substantive legal and ADR topics, and is a frequent Frequent speaker on substantive legal and alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) topics at seminars conducted by the State Bar, OCBA, LACBA, CEB, American Arb. Assn., CELA, SCMA, OCIRRA, NELA, Inn of Court and Pepperdine University School of Law. |
