Diamond Sponsor - $1000 Includes: One full page advertisement in conference program, website link with logo on conference website, one 8 1/2" by 11" insert (sponsor must provide by 2/28/12) in conference program packet, one 6' to 8' exhibit table, two conference registrations. Platinum Sponsor - $750 Includes: One half page advertisement in conference program, website link with logo on conference website, one 8 1/2" by 11" insert (sponsor must provide by 2/28/12) in conference program packet, one 6' to 8' exhibit table, one conference registration. Gold Sponsor - $500 Includes: One quarter page advertisement in conference program, website link with logo on conference website, one 8 1/2" by 11" insert (sponsor must provide by 2/28/12) in conference program packet. Silver Sponsor / Exhibitor - $250 Includes: Listing in conference program, website link on conference website, one 6' to 8' exhibit table OR one conference registration.
